Kalen Walls serves as the Executive Director for Transparency USA.

She is a native Texan, raised in Midland, Texas. After graduating from Texas A&M University, with a BBA in Accounting, Kalen worked as an accountant in Houston, Texas for 6 years. She moved back to Midland to be the Administrator of Midland Classical Academy for 2 years. Kalen began working with Transparency USA in the fall of 2017, where her financial expertise has been invaluable in making our data clear and easy-to-understand.

Outside of managing Transparency USA’s financial data, you will find Kalen cooking, baking, reading or raising her three little girls with her husband Stephen.
