In the perennial swing state of Ohio, a number of political action committees (PACs) step up to the plate each election cycle in hopes of advancing their causes by electing candidates who support their agendas. From party-affiliated organizations to issues-oriented groups, there is a variety of organizations that participate in the Buckeye State’s elections. Across the Buckeye State, donors are contributing large sums to candidates and committees hoping to claim victories in the perennial swing state. This year, many of the top 10 donors in Ohio are supporting parties, candidates, and committees who are attempting to win key state-level legislative and judicial races.
