Whitmer is Governor of Michigan and is running for re-election in 2022. Whitmer raised $23.7 million and spent $14.8 million between Jan. 1, 2021, and July 20, 2022. According to Michigan Secretary of State reports, Whitmer spent the most money with the following individual payees and PACs.
