In Wisconsin politics, non-candidate political action committees (PACs) have received $22.6 million in total donations between January 1, 2021, and January 31, 2022. The top 10 PACs raised more than $15.6 million, or 69 percent of all donations made to state-level PACs.

In Wisconsin, a handful of state-level offices were up for election in April 2021. Most prominent among them were the race for Superintendent of Public Instruction and the special election for State Senate District 13. Contributors combined to donate nearly $9 million to candidates, PACs and causes ahead of the spring elections, and these are the donors leading the way.
